Feels like cramps

I had a terrible headache yesterday and I am so glad it's gone. I woke up in the middle of the night last night with my stomach hurting. It feels like cramping. I was so worried last night and I am so glad it's gone now. I am not sure what causes it..I hope it won't go back..
