My husband is not here with us he went today in New Orleans, Louissiana. He will be back home probably on Monday night. I just talked to him on the phone awhile ago and he is doing good. He misses us we missed him too.. Anyway, I hope he will be back home safe and pls. Lord watch over my husband and my kids..

So cold brrr..

It's freaking cold today wow! We went to Texas Medical Center and oh man it was cold. We went there for an important matter. My neighbor Marcie watched the kids she is so nice neighbor. My kids really love her so much.. Anyway, I was shivering when I was outside today and I hate cold brrr..

Fear Factor

Did you know that Fear Factor is coming back on? Yes. It’s true. I cannot wait. I absolutely love that show. I am a complete and total “scaredy cat”; I freeze in abject terror when I see a spider. I can’t eat anything with a weird texture. I would probably actually pass out if you put one snake in front of me, much less stuck me in a coffin full of them. This is why I love watching it so much. I can live vicariously through all of these people conquering their fears. I mean, they do of course have the additional motivation of lots and lots of money they could potentially win, but it almost makes me feel like if they can do it, I can do it. This is completely unrealistic. There is no way I will ever be able to overcome any of the aforementioned fears. Although, if there was a million dollars at stake, I might be able to at least be in the same room with a snake…for a minute. Not feeling well

I woke up this morning not feeling good. I have a sore throat. It started yesterday morning when we were at San Antonio and it's getting worst. I think I am gonna get sick.. Dang, I hate being sick. I stay home today Joel and my kids are at church. I don't feel good huhuhu.. wish my mama is here with me..

We got home yesterday late at night from San Antonio. I am so glad we got home safe..Thank u Lord..

Lazy day today

I got up so early this morning and found out it was daylight saving time so we had an hour extra time. Joel and the kids got ready for church but I wasn't feeling good so we decided to go in the afternoon. We had a good time at church then we ate dinner at LJS. We are home now I feel better. I love the weather today it's perfect. My husband is so good to me. He is a wonderful man taking care of me when I am not feeling good.

Asus Tablet

My 6 year old son loves to play with my ipod touch 4th gen. He plays different kinds of games on it. I dropped it one time and it broke the screen and I am so glad I got a replacement for it.  After a month, it got wet it didn't work for 3days and I am so glad it worked again after 3days but the camera didn't work anymore so I went to the Apple store and I am so glad they replaced me a new one again for free. Now, I am scared if there's something would happen to it and I have to pay for the repair. So, I am not gonna let my kids play with it anymore.

I have been thinking about getting a tablet like Asus Tablet PC or maybe an ipad. I really want to get a tablet for my son and and ipad for me this Christmas.

Lunch with friends

Yesterday we went to pinoy restaurant. I always love to eat there. My friends were there I think we were 11 plus kids. I do enjoy their foods but I couldn't eat so good because I have kids. It's hard to eat especially if you have a baby. You can eat so good. My two year old daughter is so hyper. She is in her stage that she won't listen to me and she kept on going and running around...so hard..sigh..so hard being a mommy..

Good morning

It is so chilly this morning wow! winter is approaching. I dropped my son at school this morning because my husband is not feeling so good. He is hurting a little bit. He usually drop Joey at school before he go to work. So anyway,  I texted my husband's boss that Joel will be late for work.

I hope Joel will get better today.

Beach Townhouse

I went to Security Choice Site to look into getting a security alarm for our beach townhouse that is almost done! Thank goodness we are nearing the end of construction. Building this condo has almost been more trouble than it is worth. When we started building, we got about three month along and everything was damaged after a hurricane hit. After things got up and running again, we had to let our contractor go because of negligence that had occurred at the building site. When we finally hired a new contractor, he suggested that we make some changes to the original design in order to make our townhome more sturdy. Finally, after everything we got started building. We did lose about six months and missed our first beach season. The nice thing though is that the weather is pretty much warm all year, so the six months that we lost can be made up on the beach until early December. I just cannot wait to be sitting in the sand, listen to my ipod, with a cool cocktail just relaxing!

Fresh air

We went to park again this evening. I think it's getting cooler at nigth. It was so windy at the park and I love the fresh air. I took my three kids and I should have not bring joey because he got too tired quickly. We only stayed there for an hour cause of him. Anyway I took a long nap again this afternoon and it always feels good to have enough sleep... Now I am going to bed late again..

Morning..

I didn't hear my alarm this morning and my son was trying to wake me up I heard him but I thought it was my dream wahaha lol.. JOel (the big Dad) shaked me and that woke me up lol I saw Joey and I said to myself that it was Joey that tried to wake me up lol..but can't do it and I think he called Daddy haha Well, I saw the clock it's 6:50 Am I went down and pack his snacks and dressed Joey and drove him to his school.. I think I was too tired cause I slept late last night. I need to take a nap this morning..

Anyway, my girls are still sleeping right now..

Wide awake

It's now midnight everyone are sleeping here except me. I blog a little and played at fb I am gonna lay down in few minutes. I have to get up early on weekdays cause of I have student.. Life is hard.. Not easy at all..

This morning we went to my husband's Doctor at Methodist hospital. My two children weren't here this morning so I decided to go with Joel. She like my baby Jolaine we stay there for an hour or so and went back home. My husband stays home the whole afternoon and I went somewhere to be continued ---- lol..

I deactivate my facebook this evening. I just got lots of things to do here if my fb is on I can't do much work here lol.. Yeah it's crazy because when I do something my phone would always make sounds lol so I better not doing fb anymore so I'll have a peace of mind hehehe and my friends can't contact me through fb anymore babosh friends! I have a long curly thick hair. If I don't put oil on it, my hair would look unhealthy so I have to put oil on my hair everytime I got out from the shower. Seriously, I can't go out without oil on my hair. I would look like a crazy woman lol... I am not kidding.. it's true! I had a boyfriend before I got married, we both love each other and we actually had a promise ring. But we didn't really last long I had to break up with him. I think I throw away the promise ring he gave me. I forgot now why I had to break up with him. He was just not the right man for me.

Church Day

We went to Church this afternoon. My husband didn't feel so good this morning so we went to Church for the second service. We usually go to church morning and afternoon. Anyhow, my kids are at Mom's. They are going to stay their for 3days. I love Mom she is helping me with my kids hehehe..

Too hot!

This hot weather makes me tired. I don't feel like going out. It is extremely hot outside. I can't wait for fall! I just can't believed that summer here is super duper hot.. Our ac has been running all day long lol..

Away from Home

Being out here in Texas isn’t something I imagined I’d be doing with my life but when this promotion came open I knew I had to go for it. At my young age it was a real coup for me to get it and I’ve been trying to prove myself ever since I got here. Seven years in Houston

Today July 24th I am now seven years living here in Houston Texas. Wow! seven already. I hope there are many more years to come.. I love it here.. It's a great place. Anyway, I will never forget the first day I came here, the first time I met JOel's Mom and his family... the next day I want to go back home bwahahha lol..Crazy me too bad I couldn't go back easy lol...

Lunch with friends - Filipino Buffet

We went to eat at Filipiniana with friends today. Lisa invited me and her friends to eat lunch at pinoy resto. I love eating at filipino restaurant.. I don't really cook Filipino food here so If I go there I can pick different kinds of foods for me to eat cause it's a buffet. It's good though...I love eating filipino foods..

Anyway, my friend Ling, meme, from pearland went here even though they are a little bit far and I am glad they came. It has been a long time since the last time we've seen them. We had a good visit to each other and met new friends there's always new friends that will come to our life and others go I don't know why life is like these. LOL..Crazy!

Better..

My head was killing me a while ago and thank goodness it's better now. I hate it if I have a head ache it is just not feel good. I can't afford to be sick because I have kids. My husband can't watch the kids and it's really hard on me if I get sick.

What a small world

I was eating lunch by myself at the Cafeteria at the hospital. Then few minutes later, the woman asked me "Ms, Can I sit beside you?" Then I replied, of course why not. So, we talked and talked and guess what she live from where I live in the Philippines. She know about my family and I know about hers. What a small world! She is a nurse at the Methodist hospital.

Saturday evening we went to eat at the Kim Son restaurant. I got tired of the foods at the Cafeteria. I want a different foods and I was so glad they went to ate with me.

Was so busy..

I was so busy lately, I didn't have time to blog. Now, my life is back to normal a little now that we're home. We were at the hospital couple of days because of my husband. He just had a surgery again. Well, it went really good and I hope this is gonna be his last. We went at the hospital Friday on July 1, 2011 early in the morning and we went back home Sunday and I was so busy taking care of my husband. Now, I am a little better. We all are and hope Joel will be okay soon!

I wan to get an outdoor fire pit..

I love this outdoor fire pit. It is simple and it looks really nice to me. I would really love to get this for us to use. We have a patio here but on a cold winter nights we don't go out there because it gets so chilly. So I hope my husband would love this one so we can get it. Anyway, Last night we were watching movies about Dr. Jones. It was kind of scary to me and I hate scary movies. But I had to watch the movie, it was getting interesting to me and yeah I scream out loud watching lol. My kids even watched it anyway, I love that we all got to watch together I rarely watch movie with them.

I think for me that's the best thing to do. It's way cheaper! Weekend update..

I really enjoyed visiting my friends Saturday night. We went to Elo's house. They were just inviting us for dinner. They got lots of crabs and you know how I love crabs lol . Anyway, I went there for the first time with no GPS and I am glad I made it. It wasn't that hard to find their place. Anyway, Joel as usual he was so busy working, he didn't go with me. Sunday Father's Day we went to church. We had a big lunch at church together. I gave Joel a simple card and I think he like it.. He is a good husband and a father. We love him!!

At the park!!

We went to the park this evening. My three kids really enjoyed playing out there. I like going to the park in the evening so we don't get sweat. It gets so hot in the day time. Fun weekend.

Lisa, Rhizza, me and my family went to Moody Gardens Saturday. We went at the Rainforest World. I love it there and kids loved it too. We went to see the dinasaurs alive as well. The kids had fun..after that we went to the beach. The kids went swimming..I am so glad Rhizza and Lisa went with us. I had fun with them.. Can't wait to spend time with them again hopefully this weekend. Fernando stopped by at our house Saturday evening. We are planning to do karaoke and photoshoot this weekend..that's gonna be fun! Fernando loves taking pictures and he want to take pictures on us girls LOL. He is a good friend and fun guy to be with.

Did I just passed it?

I went to Hongkong Market this evening and blehhh I passed the store.. Crazy me I didn't see the sign LOL.. I was wondering why I have been driving longer and then I thought I passed it, I went back and there it was..the HK store LOL.. so anyway, I am just not used driving in the night...

Time for fun..

It's now vacation time for the kids. Yesterday was my son's last day of school. He is gonna be on the first grade. I need to shop for office supplies. I need to get staplers, punches, binders, papers, tapes etc.. We are going to make something fun like photo albums or scrapbooks so they'll have something to do while they are here at home. I don't like it when they always stare at the computer and play video games all day....

I had fun with my friends Daisy and Shelby yesterday. They visited me here and I am so glad they did. I always love it when my friends visit me. We cooked together we had sinigang, crabs, tilapia, puto etc... I had a good time with them, next week we are planning to go somewhere...

Anyway, Daisy's baby grown so big..he is so chubby and so cute. Love that little man..anyhow it's now Thursday..the days run so fastt isn't it?.....

I am planning to attend to my friends graduation dinner and a birthday party on Saturday (again)lol...that's gonne be fun!!!!

A Good Workout For Me

I love a good workout. One of the things that I love about my school is that it has so many gyms. I love going and working out and feeling great afterwards. I especially love to kick-box.

I love working out. It keeps my body active and physically healthy. I enjoy lifting my legs and shouting "one, two, three" - yes, if you guessed karate, you guessed right. I love sports and karate is no exception. The power I feel when I lift my legs is terrific, and I really enjoy working out.

So, as I raise my hands and throw them up into the air in yet another sport, I know that I can relax in the gym. Why? Filipino Festival Houston

Yesterday, we went to Filipino Festival in Nasa parkway. There were many people out there. I didn't really enjoy being there it was kind of boring to me. I wish Ididn't go. It was hot! And I got so bord. The band was singing english songs they should sing a Felipino songs. Anyway, we didn't finish the show we arrived there at 11 and we went home like 2pm and I am glad we went home early because it was so hot out there.

There were many people selling foods and other kinds of stuffs. The entrance was 5dollar for one ticket.. Anyway, all I want to sayis I didn't enjoy it (sorry)!

Weekend update..

Saturday night my friend Lisa and Fernando Jose visited me at my house. We were just chika2x lol. Then Andy stopped by at our house and gave us ice cream so we had icecream. Baskin Robins icecream are so delicious. So anyway, after we ate icecream we decided to go to Jen's house to watch Pacquiao's fight. We had fun out there we got home around 2pm. Yup too late...But I am so glad manny won again.. We always love watching manny's fight it was so fun!

Mother's Day Sunday we didn't really do something special because I was extremely tired. Sunday afternoon we went to Church and I was extremely sleepy I only had 3hours sleep saturday night so, and oh on the way to church I bought an Orchid plant with flower on it of course and gave it to Mom. I asked hubby to don't buy me anything because...just because hahaha lol..I don't really need anything speciall for me...So that was my weekend...

Sisters

Too long....

My husband and I had an argument this morning because he wanted to go to work but he couldn't see well and he wants to drive but I can't let him drive so I asked him if I could drive for him and he said yeah if you get ready fast lol. So okay, I wake up my kids and dressed them and packed the baby bag. Once I got done with that he said oh I am not going to work now I have to go to the eye specialist LOL if I've known that I shouldn't wake my kids up...

He made an appointment while I was busy upstairs trying to get ready lol. Okay, we went to the eye specialist near in the willowbrook hospital. We waited and waited, my baby was so noisy out there. This is the time that she gets so noisy and don't care about anybody lol.. I hate waiting at the doctor's office specially if you have kids with you. Kids get bored out there but I was glad they have other waiting area near in the elevator with no people. We got home I was so tired we took a nap and woke up around 5 in the afternoon. I made pancit because Jodel wanted to eat pancit so after dinner they play outside for a little while and watch movies. The kids are already in bed an hour ago and here I am blogging and facebooking. Going to bed soon!!!!

Hubby is still not doing good we have to go back tomorrow..

Hard headed...lol..

Hubby woke me up around 6 this morning, asking me to put medicine on his eyes. He got dressed and he is planning on going to work. I was trying to stop him but he won't listen, he called one of his friend from Woodlands and asked him to pick him up. So I am glad he did that instead. I can't let him drive so now I have to pick him up this afternoon. Thank you Dear!!!! He is not supposed to go to work this morning but he said he have to go oh well, fine....

Anyway, I am so sleepy this morning it's now 7 Am I was gonna go back to sleep but my alarm will ring @ 7:15 so I decided to just play on the computer to wake me up..Joey's buss will pick him up at 7:35 so here I am blogging going to play at facebook later..

Dust in the wind...

April 1, first of day of the month has been so bad for us. Friday evening my kids were playing outside with Joel. I was upstairs at that time when I heard Jodel crying. I went downstairs and I saw her mouth bleeding and I asked her what happened and she said, she was riding on her bycycle and bumped her mouth at the pole. I feel so bad for her I thought she lost her front teeth and thank God her teeth are okay.

Saturday, We got up around 8 in the morning. We ate breakfast, and then we decided to go to Magnolia, Joel was planning to build something so I dropped them off to Mom and Dad’s house except Jolaine. They have a swing and a big yard so the kids really love staying at their grand parents house. . So anyway, on the way to Cypress my baby was throwing up at the car and I have no idea why she threw up. I have extra clothes but it was dirty. (Next time I need to bring maybe 3 extra clothes) Bad ME So anyway, I was already close to Louetta Automotive Shop to have oil change for the car so I didn’t go home. The other clothes that was dirty wasn’t that dirty compare to the one she was wearing lol..When I put it on her it was okay it doesn’t look bad so we waited for an hour at the Shop. KAKALOKA! After that Jolaine and I went to HEB for groceries. I like it when I go groceries because they always helped me put groceries and stuffs in my car. We got home around 1:30 and I was hungry, Jolaine was sleeping in the car so I texted Joel, I let him know that we were home safe. I took Jolaine inside and put her on the bed. I unloaded the groceries. I bought lots of stuffs and the last thing I carried was the two gallons of milk, when I carried the bag it broke the handle and I dropped the milk and yup, milk are everywhere on the ground..Kakaloka na naman!

When I was done putting all the groceries I decided to take a nap because I was so tired. Got up around 4 and I decided to go to Wal-Mart. I bought few things at Wal-Mart for kids, I bought Tangled DVD for Jodel because she have been wanting one and other kinds of things like leapster and etc. So when I got done at Wal-Mart I decided to go Magnolia because I remembered that Mom asked me something about the pictures. She wanted me to help her order prints so I went straight to Magnolia.

I got out the car and saw my kids having fun outside with their Lolo. I saw Joel, he don’t look so good he had his one eye closed and couldn’t even see me. I asked him what happened and told me that he had dust on his eyes. The dust in the wind blew on Joel’s body and hurt his right eye. I tried to call the United Healthcare insurance but nobody answered us. I was going to ask them about the location of the urgent care but no one answered the phone and I tried to check on their website but unluckily, their website is temporally unavailable. All of us got frustrated :X

So on the way home we stopped by at First Choice Emergency Room, the front desk lady was so nice to us. I asked her if they accept United Health care insurance and sure they do and I am glad, so they took care of Joel’s eyes. We paid 200 bucks for the ER as always..

On the way home we stopped by at wallgreens and dropped the prescriptions. The medicine were ready after 2 hours so anyway, I feel so bad for Joel. He was hurting so bad. He took vicodine and made his stomach upset. I have been putting medicine on him called Azasite that was 60 bucks for a small bottle (copay) and the other medicine was 10 bucks I forgot what it called but it's for painkiller.

Today, Sunday we are home we didn’t go to Church because of his eyes. It bothers him and he can’t even open his eyes right now. So, I hope he feels better soon. He'll be staying home tomorrow. I have been so busy here taking care of my family. They need me so much! I have a get together with my friends on Wednesday at my house but I am going to cancel it. Lisa and I are planning to visit Tessa in Pearland and I guess I am still going to that event if everything is getting better here I hope.. So, Nyt All! I am just so tired and sorry friends for that not answering phone calls and text because I am just so tired and feel like I don't want to talk to anybody right now. It is just so stressful weekend on me!!!! Take care guys!!!

Lunch At Woodlands

Myra, Andy, Lisa, Jolaine and I went to Woodlands house and ate lunch. The food was great and so yummy. It was so good to see my friends. This evening I cooked pork ribs and rice it was good too and I ate too much. Tomorrow I am thinking of where to go because Joel is going somewhere so I think I will just go to the mall I need to go shopping!

Busy today!!

I was cleaning at our patio this afternoon while my baby was sleeping. I can't believe that our patio was so dirty. The pollens are everywhere. So I clean a little bit this afternoon. I have to wash the tables and chairs tomorrow and I need to buy outdoor ligthing, I need to replace them 'cause some of them are broken.

SO anyway, I am happy that our patio is a little bit clean lol.. I have to continue cleaning tomorrow though. I am so busy here cleaning while my kids are not around.

My Birthday 2011

Friday evening March 11, 2011 we went to Cheesecake Factory with friends. They treat me for my bday dinner. My friends are so sweet. They also bring gifts for me and I didn't really expect it. The food was really great they gave me a cake but I didn't even eat it because I was so ful. My friend also gave me a cake. Really sweet! Anyway, After dinner we went to Americas. I really had fun on my big day! I am now 28 years old two more years then I will be 30 LOL..

Five of my friends are having a birthday this month. Really cool isn't it? I am the one of them but we are not on the same day but it's pretty close. I am not going to have a party I am just going to eat out with couple of friends. They are going to treat me. How sweet! Love them..

Long day tomorrow

My parent's-in-law are here with us spending the night. We are going to the Hospital tomorrow at Houston Downtown. We are going to get up around 4 in the morning and leave 10 minutes before five. We need to be there at 6 in the morning. It's going to be a long day for me tomorrow. It's joel's surgery. This is not going to be a big surgery so nothing much to worry. Hope that the Lord will watch over us especially on Joel and my kids. I am going to be away from my kids :(

Saturday we went to Lake Conroe with my friends. I love it there so peaceful! We really enjoyed our picnic there and I cannot wait to go back there again on summer we are planning to go boating and swimming on summer! YAYYYY!!! CAN"T WAIT

Cleaning

I have been cleaning since yesterday and I am not done yet. I have lots of works here in the house that never finish lol. It's like these everyday I clean and clean, kids always makes a mess lol.. Can't wait for my kids to grow up so they can help me clean the house.

Anyway, I am so glad that spring is here I love the weather.. I am not looking forward for summer anymore. Spring is here and it's now hot!

Anna went to our house the other day. She was wondering why her pictures at facebook not showing up. When she click her friends pictures it went to black it won't show up and I found out that she blocked all of the images. So I fixed it and I am so glad the problem solved.

We had fun Saturday. We had a Valentines party at my friends house. It was really fun we really enjoyed our dinner, picturial, etc. Every year we always have a Valentines party at their house. We do singing, dancing, games etc it was really fun. That's my husband and I at the party. Joel gained so much weight and he needs to be in diet again. Can't believe how fat he is now LOL..

Che's Bday

Saturday we went at che's birthday party. We really had fun singing dancing etc and of course the food was delecioius got "to go" foods LOl. Love all of my friends they are so fun and crazy to be with. I gave her jewelry box a birthday present and hope she will like it..

Tessa's surpised baby shower

January 29, 2011 Saturday. My friends ate Lunch at Todai Restaurant near in Downtown area. Tessa was surprised on her baby shower and I am so glad she did. (Me wearing brown blouse)

Sometimes it's really good if you surprised someone hahaha. Speechless!

The food at todai was really good you need to try to go there sometimes and they are not that expensive it's only 18 bucks per person and it's buffet. They have all kinds of sushi etc..asian food

Nels bday

We went to nel's bday last weekend. Lisa and I went together. Joel didn't go with us anyway I asked Lisa if she could drive because I am not that good driving around downtown area and I am glad she did hehe..We had fun out there, we went to the Galleria afterwards and on the way home we stopped by at hooters. Exercise everyday!

I have been doing my exercise everyday now since last week. I'd lost lots of weight. My arms are not big and chunky anymore but I still need to do more and I am now focusing on my belly. I wish my husband will do the same. He needs fat burner so he'll loose weight. He is just so lazy to do exercise I guess apidexin is what he need.

Anyway, I am trying to change our menu here. I am going to do more on veggies and fruits no more junk foods please.

I like going to the bookstore to buy books and sometimes I just buy amazon books online. Hubby shop most of his books online. Some of his books are way so expensive. I can't believe he buys expensive books.

Super cold!

Why oh why it's cold??? heheh I just don't like the cold weather it makes me lazy! This evening we light the fireplace and the kids really enjoyed watching the fire especially Jolaine. Last year we light the fireplace as well but she was a baby back then.

Right now she is running aroundt he house. It's so hard to handle when ur baby is growing from 1 and so on..

Now, I am wishing for the snow to come! Not good when it is super cold but no snow..

Most of my friends here are nurses. I live close to the hospital and that explained why most of my friends are nurses. They are good friends and fun to be with and I love them all.
