Baby is sick

My baby has fever since Friday night. I feel bad. She was sick not so long ago and now she is sick again. Why oh why :( this is not so cool.. I can't really sleep at night when they are sick.. Hope she feels better soon.. I am wondering why there are no infants medicine at the store??? hmmm.. research research del amor..

Friends visit

Tuesday Daisy and Vilma invited me to eat out but I didn't go because it was too cold for the baby. I don't want to go out when it's cold outside because I am afraid if my kids get sick again. It is so hard when they get sick anyway, they visit me in our house after they ate at the resto. They are so sweet. Yesterday Jhona was here. She visited me and it's nice when your friends visit you sometimes. We are planning to have a Chritmas dinner next week and that's gonna be fun. I can't wait.

Christmas tree is up!

I wasn't going to decorate this year for Christmas but I got bored awhile ago and so I decided to get the Christmas tree and decorated it. When Jolaine (3years old) saw the Christmas tree she said "Mommy thanks Mommy" haha I can see that she loves the Christmas tree and the lights.. Well, I am glad I decided to decorate Christmas stuffs the kids lovin' it. Now, I am going to wrap some presents! Can't wait for Christmas Day.. Thanks God for making me feel better.. All the folks over here are asleep it's midnight so I am heading to bed pretty soon..

Miss going to Church

It has been three Sunday's that we didn't go to Church because we were so sick and now we are feeling a little better so I am hoping that we could go to Church on Sunday. I missed going to Church already.

Safe

My Father-in-law is in Philippines right now since Tuesday November 27, 2012. He is a missionary in Philippines he goes to Manila, Bohol, Mindanao and I am not sure where else he go but he go in a lot of places over there in Philippines. Couple of days ago I was so worried because there is a big hurricane in Philippines right now but he is safe and fine so I am so glad to know that he is okay. I hope God will always watch him wherever he goes...

Tomorrow I am going to Mom's house. She is a little scared without Dad so we need to be there with her and she is also sick so I hope she'll be okay..

We are going to move soon and yes I hate to move but I have no choice and I am not crazy about packing and unpack stuffs either :( .  Anyhow, we are going to move to Magnolia which is not far from Houston. I really want to move somewhere that no one knows me like maybe in Lousville KY. I would love to move there someday.

I am so thankful to my husband who loves me so much charrrr lol.. I am so thankful for my wonderful kids. They drive me crazy sometimes but I thank God everyday because God gave me four angels of my life. I am so thankful to have a very good and loving parent-in-laws. I am so thankful for everything that God has done for me. I actually thank God everyday of my life but today is kind of special day. Anyway,  Happy thanksgiving everyone just don't eat too much!

Lunch at pinoy resto

With Lisa today. Daisy stopped by just to get the balikbayan box and I gave her the makeup that she ordered last week. Lisa got hers as well anyway, It has been a long time since the last time I ate there and now I am so full. We are planning to go back there at Filipiniana restaurant in 1960 on Friday. They are going to have a party and I think that's gonna be fun. It's their first anniversary so we are going to eat lunch there again. Can't wait... they are going to have raffle draws, live music and etc..

Makeup arrived today

I ordered makeup for my friends worth 80 bucks the other day and it arrived today yay but the brush is missing oh yeah so I called the bh costumer service and guess what they answered fast and I like it so I talked to her about the brush set and they are going to send me one today so I am gonna wait next week and see.

Sunday morning

Woke up this morning and think about life. Why life is so complicated. We have to work to survive.. sigh.. anyway I have a bad dream last night... I hate bad dreams.. well anyhow, we are planning to go to church today. I didn't go to church last Sunday so I need to go today.

Cancelled

I was planning to go to my friends' bday party today but I changed my mind. My son has a cough and my Jolaine has runny nose. I would really like to go but I hate going to a friend's house when my kids has coughs and runny nose it is just not good.

I don't really like it when my friends visit me here and their kids has runny nose and cough it is just not nice. Kids get sick fast and you know how hard it is when your kids are sick. So anyway, we just stayed home today. We went camping last night and we had fun so we are home today and tomorrow we are planning to go to church. I hope we all feel better tomorrow. I am tired today for not doing anything LOL.. next week I am planning to take the kids to Pumpkin patch and I can't wait for that.

Roland 120 piano

That is roland 120 piano and it's really beautiful white piano isn't? I am trying to learn on how to play piano but I am not so good yet haha. Hope one day I can be able to play piano at church.

We have a piano here and a keyboard and I am still learning and practicing. I really want my kids to learn on how to play piano and I hope they will. My Mother-in-law used to teach me how to play but I actually quit. SO, I hope she can teach me again because I really want to know how to play piano and I want my kids to learn too.

Tuesday, 9/11 Lisa and I went to pinoy resto to eat lunch. If I crave for filipino foods then all I need to do is go there. It's so close to our place and it's cheap. Anyway, it was soo nice to see her again. Lisa is one of my closest friend here and she is really a nice woman haha.. pic of us below.. me on the right.. wafa noh? jeje

My kids went camping with their cousins couple of months ago and they really had fun. My husband kept on asking me to go camping but I am not really crazy about going lol. Maybe this winter we could go camping somewhere in San Antonio or in Lovelady.

Sick

We are sick! Runny nose I hate you lol.. I am not sure where I got the flu but I was the one who started it and spread it to the rest of the family. Anyway today he went to work and get home straight in bed poor hubby hope he feels better soon.. the baby got runny nose too and can't breath much.. I hate being sick!!!

at the beach

We went to Surfide beach Labor Day. We really had fun out there. We got up early and we were on the road around 6:30 so early huh. I like to travel on the road early so we don't get stuck on the traffic. Anyway, it was great no traffic at all.. The beach was pretty clean and it was a beautiful day. I love going to the beach.. and we really had fun! Baby was doing fine she didn't cry at all!

My eyes are tired of online shopping! Finally I am done.. I am not gonna go to the store anymore because I did it online. Dresses and shoes should arrive next week. Steak..

I wanted to eat steak yesterday for supper so I grilled steak outside haha. Yeah it was hot but the water sprinkler made it a little cool.. I turned the sprinkler to water the plants and my kids played with it while I was grilling. I cooked sausage also and I bake potatoes. It was good! And now we are going to eat sausages for lunch with bread and sauce (easy lunch)..

Anyway, my girls missed their brother already LOL... hope Joey is having fun at San Antonio right now. I haven't heard from them yet..

Going to San Antonio

Mom and Dad pick up Joey this evening. They are going to San Antonio tomorrow and be back Saturday evening. They are taking Joey so he can spend time with Tyler Joey's cousin. So I hope he will have a good time. We are going to miss him! He was so excited to spend time with his cousins.

Anyway, right now hubby went to the store to buy diapers. I forget to get diapers and I didn't realize that I only had one diaper left lol. Yeah crazy me I am glad I checked the bag..

Dinner

Six of us went woodlands buffet and ate dinner except for Joanne she is still breastfeeding. She went to sleep by the time we ate. Kids enjoyed their icecreams. And anyway look whats inside of my fortune cookies lol. Right time to make new friends??? Lol..

Someone gave my husband a military shirts but hubby never wear them. It's maybe because it's small to him so I wear them lol. It just comfortable to wear t-shirts at home. Enrollment

I enrolled my kids today at their new school. They are so excited about going to school. Classes start on August 27th. I hope Joey's gonna like his new school I am a little bit worried about him. He is gonna miss his friends at Ponderosa and I hope he will be okay.. So worried about him...

Get together

We had fun yesterday! We went to my friends house Hal and Ling. Their was no occasion we just gather together. My husband and my kids went swimming! I had fun over there, it has been a long time since I last attend to a party so I decided to go to ling's house yesterday since they have a swimming pool. It was fun!

Anyway, today is Sunday I didn't go to church. I got a headache!

8 years

My husband and I got married July 31st, so we are gonna be 8 years wed anniversary on Tuesday. We have four kids and we are happy! Can't believe time is so fast.. Anyway, hope we are going to have many more years to come.

Time for bed!

My baby is awake at night and sleep the whole day. I couldn't sleep much in the day time because my kids are noisy. Mom and Dad are at Wisconsin so they can't watch the kids. They really are helping me a lot with my kids. I hope they'll have a good time over there.

Jolaine was a bit cranky this afternoon so I let her sleep in our bed I am afraid though if baby will get sick because Jolaine still has cough and runny nose. She really wanted to hold the baby but I can't let her I don't want the baby to get sick. Anyway, I need to go sleep pretty soon I didn't have a nap today I am tired.. Hope I can get some rest tonight.. Nyt all!

Thundering..

I am scared of thunder oh my goodness it feels like our creator in heaven is really mad that's what my Mother used to tell us when we were kids ;-) it's raining hard here this afternoon. My kids are not here they will be home this evening from my in laws. Jolaine is sick though. Hubby is home he is not feeling good. I think we are going to get take out foods thus evening. Beatiful Baby

Okay guys, I didn't blog lately 'cause I just had a baby two weeks ago. She was born on May 28, Her name is Joanne and she was 9.2lbs She is really cute and chubby isn't she? heehe well, she is a blessing to me. I love her so much. She is an angel that God gave me. She is such a beautiful baby. I am doing pretty good except that I am sleepy most of the time. I don't have sleep because she wakes up every two hours. Anyway, I am so happy to have her.

Phone

We are paying too much on our phone bill. I kept on asking my husband to switch to a cheaper phone service and I think we are going to do the switch really soon. We are thinking about switching to vonage phone service. My friend uses them and they love it and recommended to us few months ago and I think we are going to try it and see. It's really cheap!

35 Weeks

Yesterday my friend Daisy and Ate Cisy Visited me at my house. My kids had fun playing with their kids. It was so nice to see them again. Ate Cisy stayed at our house for few hours, met my husband and enjoyed our long conversation. She is really a talker hehe.. Anyway, glad to have friends visited me sometimes..

Yesterday, morning I went to my docs office by the way and I weight 143lbs. Wow, I am getting big and a bit scared for my delivery soon. The baby is doing great and I am going to my docs office for acheck up every week now. Time is so fast!

Getting closer

I am getting nervous now that my due date is getting closer. I have been having a braxton hix pretty bad and I hate it. It's really hurting me sometimes. I am so ready because I am having a hard time now really. I am serious! I want this baby inside of me to come out now. I washed the babycarseat today.

There are few more things that I need to do before the baby gets here one, I need to dust our house, I need to do general cleaning here so I am gonna be busy cleaning our house. Can you believe that I have been washing clothes? That's the hardest job for me here..Washing and washing and folding those little clothes.. It's gonna be 3x more when the baby gets here lol..

A visit..

My husband's brother is here with us this evening for a visit. Joel is happy to see his brother and right now they are still at the living room talking to each other.. I am here upstairs I just got done with my shower and relaxing while doing blogging. I left them alone together so they can talk really good lol. It has been a long time since they see each other. I am sure glad Jhon visited my husband because he really need someone to talk to rather than me hhehee..

Diet

My doctor told me to do exercise daily and watch what I eat lol. I don't know why but I can't stop eating I get hungry so fast. We just ate supper and snacks and now I am hungry again. I am scared now though because I am getting big and I am afraid if I am having a hard time delivering this baby so I need to listen to my doctor or else I'll be crying at the delivery room next month lol. Hope not...I am hungry right now and I need a little snacks maybe fruits????? hmm.. I want a chocolate that hubby just bought a while ago lolssss..

Rainy day today!

It rained almost all day today. I woke up this morning around 5:30 and I heard the rain and the thunder. Jodel came to my bed because she was scared. I love the rain cause it makes it cooler outside. I opened the windows and the doors when the rain stopped. Poor Joel  my husband was going to pick up my son but he got stucked at the highway because of the traffic he came home Joey was already at home. So, he continue to work at our house then we cooked supper together. I had a good time with my kids today and hubby..

What are your plans this summer?

Summer vacation is getting closer and I can't wait for my kids to get out from school so we can do something that are fun. They'll be out from school I think at the end of May or first week of June. We might do something special for our kids this summer I don't have plan on travelling somewhere far because I am expecting a new baby so we maybe spend our summer vacation here close by.

In pain..

I have been having false labor lately and it's kinda painful. Oh God help me.. I don't like this pain that I feel right now it comes and goes though but still bothering me.. It's uncomfortable. I am getting closer to the big day and I can't wait though because I am so ready.. I am just hoping and praying for the safe delivery for me and hope the baby will be healthy..

Spending time with cousins

Mary Ann (Joel's nephew's wife) was here yesterday and her kids spending time with us. We had a great time I cooked lunch for them and they love it. Kimberly one of Mary's kids spent the night with us because Jodel wants too. They went home late in the afternoon... Then, my friend Anna came by at our house and gave me EMPANADA that is one of good dish from the Philippines. We can eat it for snacks too it was really good. I need to eat one later for snacks..

Mom and Dad invited us for supper this evening at their house but I don't think I will go I need a quiet time for me here at my house lol.. I have been very busy this week and I need rest..

32 weeks

I went to my doctor's office Tuesday morning. Baby is doing good she is very active. I weight 140lbs WOW! Can't believe it lol.. I am getting close to the due date. I am so ready for the baby to come out... I need to wash all the baby clothes I am ready but I am not preparing my baby stuffs yet lol.. I need to pack clothes to bring to the hospital and wash all of the baby clothes. I am not gonna do baby shower because I have all kinds of clothes over here..

Day off again..

Sunday, we went to Church then my kids wants to spend the night with their grandparents and I said okay... so they spend the night with their Lola's and Lolo's.. another day off for me LOL..they don't have a class Monday so I don't care.. Dad dropped the kids Monday evening at our house..

Spending time with cousins

Friday, Joey doesn't have school so three of my kids spend the night at their cousins house. We picked them up Saturday afternoon at their cousin's house. They really had a good time... I and my friend went to a friends house and I enjoyed spending time with friends as well. It's so good to have day off from kids sometimes..

I am such in a bad mode this morning. I don't know why I woke up so grumpy and I hate this feeling. I don't know it maybe because of my pregnancy but I am going to change my mood. Everyone here are still asleep.. I want to be happy today so everyone will be happy. Haistttt....I hate myself sometimes...Bless me today oh Lord...

Making a much-needed smock apron

My family is always teasing me about how clumsy I have. But I also give them a lot of material to tease me with. I'm always getting weird bruises on my legs from running into tables that I see and things like that. It really is quite silly, so you can imagine that I make a bit of a mess in the kitchen. I can't even think of the number of times that I've spilled flour all over a black outfit.

I finally broke down and decided it was time to buy a apron to really use in the kitchen and keep from ruining or having too launder my outfits too often. As I was doing some apron online shopping I saw info about credit consolidation and after I looked through it a little bit I decided to look into getting that done to help with our family’s finances.

I found this smock apron pattern and decided to try it myself. It didn't seem so bad to make and I thought if I was having trouble I would jsut get my sister, who knows how to sew, to help me out with it.

Restless legs..

Being preggy is not easy.. I don't really have a problem I didn't even have morning sickness but now that I am getting big my legs and feet are hurting at night. My husband massage my legs and it feels good when he do that.. then before I go to bed I have to put efficascent oil on my legs so I can sleep. It sure helps.. I can't wait at the end of may to deliver my baby and I am excited to see my new baby.. Everyone here are excited..

Gnome garden

How's your garden everyone? I am pretty sure that you all are busy cleaning your gardens. It's perfect outside to work on our garden and plants some vegetables and flowers. Mom and Dad are planting tomatoes, jalapenos, squash and other kinds of vegetables at their backyard. We only plant flowers on ours.

29th

I forgot to post about my bday here in my blog. I turned 29 March 11 I can't believe that I am now 29 years old lol.. I didn't do a bday party because I just don't feel like cooking and making myself busy lol. I am pregnant and I don't want to get tired. You know having a party makes you busy cooking, decorating and doing all of those stuffs. So, anyway, my friend Lisa treat me for dinner and she invited some of our friends. We ate at stir crazy it was good. Thank you lisa for doing that you are so sweet friend of mine. Anyway, Our kids spent couple of days at my in-laws house cause it was spring break. Joel didn't go with me to the dinner because he wasn't hungry. Mom cooked lunch on my bday and made a cake. It was so sweet of her doing that then they were singing bday song at church. It was sweet of them. I can tell that they love me hehe.

Well, I hope that God will bless me this year. I wish for happines, good health and wealth and I hope that God will give me a longer life so I can spend a long time with my children, my husband and family.

I am back! Yup I was pretty busy here lately but here I am again back in blogging business lol.. I need to update here again and my other blog so I can earn more income. So, anyway we went to my doctor the other day and guess what? I gained weight for about 7lbs in 3weeks.. Wow! I need to diet and do walking since it's not cold anymore. The weather outside is perfect and it's getting hot. So we need to do walking every night.. Summer is here I think!!!!..

We went to the beach today. We had fun until I lost my husbands eyeglasses. I feel so bad that I lost it at the ocean.. Hmmm... Anyway we went to see the battleship and the submarine. The kids had fun!

My kids are not here since yesterday. It's my day off.. They will be here tomorrow evening. I am going to relax here and later we maybe go somewhere with my husband. The house is quite and it's good to have a break with kids.. Mommy needs a break!

The kids really like watching Dexter on DIRECT TV and I’m not sure it’s appropriate. I mean, it’s about a serial killer afterall and it’s really kind of graphic so I don’t know how appropriate I think it is for a couple of early teenagers but I also know I don’t get to make all the rules anymore because I’m old. I think it’s crazy we get all these premium channels anyway because they’re so bad and they cost extra money but my husband likes them and who am I to tell a grown man what he can and can’t watch? I think the kids’ exposure should be more limited but I’ve tried to tell them that and it seems to always fall on deaf ears. I love that they’re good kids but I think it’s crucial to keep them under good influences and I think what TV shows they watch is part of that, for sure. I’m trying to be a responsible mom and monitor what they’re doing, you know?

Making pandesal

I am waiting for the pandesal to rise and then I will bake it. Can't wait to eat pandesal. Also I made pizza dough and let it rise and my kids will soon put toppings on the pizza. They are a big helper to me. We got left overs grilled chicken, kobobs and sausages but I don't feel like eating it tonight so I made pizza for dinner and pandesal for breakfast tomorrow..

Happy Valentines Day

My husband surprised me with an orchid plant, boxes of chocolates and Valentines Card for Valentines day. He is so sweet! I didn't really give him anything except for a simple card that I made. And I made dinner for us so we don't have to go out to eat. Joey surprised me too.. he got lots of candies from school and surprised me with an Award Certificate for him at school. He is an honor student. So proud of him! Good job my son!!

Breakfast anyone?

I cooked eggs, biscuit, and sausage for breakfast. It was delicious! Pics below... Anyway, today is Sunday and we are staying home. We are not going to church today plus it's chilly outside. Hubby is not feeling good yet. I am gonna clean today if I feel like it I don't know I might get lazy because it's cold . I don't like doing anything when it's cold lol. HAPPY SUNDAY!!!!!

Boring Saturday!

What an ugly weather today! Jodel and I went to Loeutta Automotive this morning for an oil change on our car. Joel couldn't do it so I had to go. When we arrived, there were 3people sitting at the waiting area already at 10 am. So, we wait there for an hour or so 'till it got done. We got bored a little bit, I didn't bring my iPod with me because it was lowbat.

When we got done there we stoped  by at Mc Donalds 'cause Jodel got hungry. Then when we got home my husband asked me to get foods from Whataburger lol I didn't know that they didn't eat lunch yet so I should have called them when I was at Mc Donalds if they want something or not but I didn't. They played video games the whole time we were out LOL.. They are so addict! Darling, pls. stop playing video games that is just for little kids lol..

Anyway, this afternoon I didn't do anything. It was wet and nasty outside! So we stayed home the rest of the day.  I tried to take a nap this afternoon but couldn't sleep, my kids were so noisy ;( Right now, I am so sleepy but I don't think I can sleep early because Jolaine took a nap this afternoon haist. She is playing my iPod right now while I am here in the computer. She took a nap this afternoon and it's unfair!

It's gonna be cold tonight and I am sure it's gonna be cold tomorrow morning. I hate going out in the cold!

Lastnight I went to bed at 8pm it was so early 'cause I was so tired and my baby didn't take a nap so she went to bed early. Hubby is not feeling good so I guess we are not going anywhere.

Anyway, lastnight I bake chicken wings for supper. It was delicious and spicy we ate it with rice, green peas and green beans hahaaa..(daog) we were supposed to eat dinner at moms house but we didn't go cause of hubby. My kids missed their cousins but oh we'll there's still plenty of time...

Hubby is sick!

My husband didn't feel so good since Wednesday he was at home whole day. Yesterday he went to work but he went home so early as early as 11am. I gave him tylenol but still he is not feeling good. This morning he didn't go to work again. I told him to go to his doctor and he made an appointment this morning and I took him to St. Lukes hospital cause he couldn't drive so anyway this afternoon after we got home from his Doctor we ate lunch then I went groceries with Jodel then I picked  up his medicine at Walgreens. I paid $119 dollar copay for his medicine wow! It was very expensive. I hope that he feels better soon! I need to discuss with my husband about joining the prescription savings club at walgreens later this evening..

It's feb!

Wow, February is here already and I can't believe winter is almost over. Anyway, Valentines is coming and I would like to watch this movie called "The Vow" with my husband of course LOL.. Hope we can have a day off/night together so we can watch a movie together.. I love to watch this with my sweetheart!

What do you get your dad who has ‘everything?’ I firmly believe that older people with money are the absolute worst to shop for because they go out and buy for themselves anything they want! I literally went through a list of twenty things that I thought my dad might want. Each one was met with either: “I already have that,” or “I don’t need one of those because I have…” After mulling over this in frustration, I decided to get my dad a subscription to all of his favorite movie channels. I went online and researched a ton of different options, and came up with a great one through clear internet bundle. It was the first time that my dad actually liked his gift! Docs etc..

We went to the Doctor this morning even though it was rainy we took the kids with us LOL.. I am so glad it rained and I am so glad it stopped by the time Joey is out from school. What else did I do today? oh okay I remember now I iron clothes from last week hahaha.. Yep I can't believe this house has no ending laundry and still has so many clothes that needs to be iron. I am gonna be busy again tomorrow. I am here eating cracklet. I always eat snacks before bed time that's why I gain so much weight now LOL..

One project done

I love our couch and we don't want it to go bad. The zipper of the two couch are broken. Hubby always asked me to replace the zipper but I don't have time to do it plus I don't have the materials. The foam came out and my kids tries to mess with the foam and we are afraid if they ruins it. I always go to the store and find a long zipper but couldn't find one.

 So one evening, we went to the fabric store and got lucky they have a long zipper that we wanted. So, when I get home I sewed it. My husband was really happy when I got done and thank me for doing it. So, I am glad it's done now I need to do something in our house that needs to be fix.

Went to pinoy resto

I met Melyn and her kids today at pinoy resto. I didn't know Myra and one of her friend ate there too and surprised me LOL.. So when I got there I didn't really eat because I ate lunch already I just went there to see Melyn..I ordered Bilo bilo nalang LOL cause I love it. Then I went to Filtex store and bought few snacks and a sack of rice..

And Wow Filipiniana is improving now it was fun cause there was one man singing there and it's always nice to eat dinner while listening to the music.. They put speakers at the corners of the resto..

Friends visit

Wednesday my friends visited me here in our house. We cooked sinigang soup, adobong squid, we grilled fish, pork meats and dessert. It was delicious! I don't know when our next get together again. Well, I love it when my friends will come over rather that me going somewhere. This year I am going to pass all of my friends party invitation I am gonna spend time with my family for now and if they want to hang out at our house then that would would be good as long as we are in good condition..

I sent money today using xoom and I saved 5.99 for the service fee. Really Cool! I wish I have known it before. I just really don't like paying 5.99 for the service fee everymonth when I send money in Philippines to my family.. Now, I hope I can always save 5.99 every month..

Thank goodness for mom

My mom knew I was really stressed about bringing the baby home and she was such a huge help. As a baby gift, she and dad had gotten me an alarm from security systems springfieldwhich made me feel a lot better about being at home by myself and when I gave birth she surprised me with the news that she was going to stay and help the whole first week. It was such a relief to have her by my side and know that someone was going to be able to help me get through the most trying time of my life! Being a mom is definitely the hardest thing I’ve ever done and although it’s super tough, it’s been as rewarding as everyone said it was. I’ll get through it and I’m sure before I even know it my daughter is going to be sixteen years old and going out on dates! I wish I could keep her a little baby forever, but until then, I’m going to hold her as much as possible.
