Beef soup ( Nilagang baka)

This afternoon I was in the mood of cooking, so I cooked a beef soup, in Tagalog we called it Nilagang baka, I had 2 pounds of beef, Chinese cabbage, onions, ginger, green onions, and potato. I cooked the beef first when the beef is tender I added 3 pieces of potatoes slice, when it was tender I took it off the pot so it won’t mash, then I add the Chinese cabbage, ginger, onions and green onions, salt and pepper and I added one piece of Jalapeno to make it spicier. When it was done, I tasted it and it was so yummy! We eat it with rice.

That was our lunch, After we ate lunch I made banana nut bread and banana pudding.

Now, I have to think again what to cook for super.
