Femnutrition
I know some people wants to lose weight. It is so good if you have a good health and nice and sexy body. Some people go jog everyday just to lose weight, there are people go to the gym and do exercise everyday so they lose weight. There are other people take weight loss pills too I never take weight loss pills because I am not that fat (lol) I am actually skinny now. I am done dieting but I do exercise sometimes If I don't get lazy.
