Do you know somebody that is a stamp collector? Well, I know one His name is Armand Rousso he is stamp collector he started to collect stamp when he was 12 years old and several decades later his passion burns as bright as ever.
He likes this word "Philately". Philately is the perfect word for stamp lovers. Philately was created in 1864 from two words “Philein” meaning “To Love” and “Ateliea” meaning Tax Exemption. Loving stamps is in fact a way of living in a cultural world constantly in motion and with expanding boundaries. Philately is also a way to learn more about the outside world and ourselves, and as we learn, we also grow said Armand Rousso.
