At Guadalajara Hacienda

Yesterday we went to have dinner at Guadalajara Mexican restaurant near at the woodlands mall. Lisa, Doak, Daisy and her husband were there. We really enjoyed our dinner the food was great. We had fun!

Today, we went to church we just got home right this minute, the kids are not here with us we left them at Mom and Dad's house because tomorrow I have doctor's appointment - no kids allowed at my doctor's office so we left them at their grandparents house we are going to pick them up tomorrow, we might eat supper there too.

Anyway, we had a fabulous weekend and that's all I can say today hope u guys had a great weekend!

Cassava Cake

My friend Nanet, Joy, Shanen and Shawn came over in our house yesterday visiting me again. I cooked sinigang, beef roast, and fish for lunch and we have some scrumptious dessert - brownies and cassava cake. My friend cooked the cassava cake and it was delicious. We had fun! The kids had fun playing with Shawn. When they left Jodel cried, she wants to play with Shawn. She really like him lol..

Anyway, here's the recipee of the cassava cake

2 packages grated cassava 1 can coconut milk 1 bottle macapuno strips 2 eggs (2 tsp vanilla) 1/4 cup melted butter 1 can condensed milk

Mix all ingredients and 1 1/2 can of condense milk. Bake at 350 degrees 45 min to 1 hour Spread rest of condensed milk on top, cook for another 5 minutes.

At Lupe Tortilla's Mexican Restaurant

We went to church yesterday after church we went to eat dinner at Lupe Tortilla Mexican Restaurant. We ordered checkin and beef fajitas and grilled shrimp that was delicious. I Love their sizzling fajitas. They have all you can eat fajitas on every monday and tuesday night.

Shop!!!

Hubby was busy working lastnight (on his business). He went to bed about midnight. This morning he woke up so late 10 O'clock in the morning. Well, after he ate breakfast we went to the Woodlands. We went shopping, then ate lunch somewhere and got home around 3pm. I tried to take a nap this afternoon but I couldn't so we were just watching movies the rest of the day. Hubby cooked supper this evening and it was delicious. (Salap-salap) Well, anyway, we dad fun shopping today, and we had a good day. We really enjoyed the rain even though it was just 5 minutes. I always love the sound of the thunder and the rain so cool!!!!:)

Friends visit

Joy, Nanet, Shanen and Shawn visited us this afternoon. First, we ate lunch at the Whataburger across the house after lunch they went to our house and stay a while. So glad I have new friends that are so close to our house. They are fun to be with and kakalokang kasama lol..

Anyway, I am so glad they visited us, they might visit me again sometimes next week and we might cook some filipino foods together hmmm..

Thieves

Joel just call me few minutes ago and told me that somebody broke our storage last night. Stole some of his expensive tools. I hate people that are theives and steal things that don't belong to them. I know God will punish those kind of people and I am sure they are going to hell when they die. They're happy right now but I am sure they're life would be miserable forever! lol..

Feels better

I slept the whole night last night. I have been sleeping well since Monday night and that is really good. I am back to my normal sleep. This morning I woke up around 9 and I feel really good. I don't take afternoon nap anymore so I can sleep well at night. Anyway, Yesterday I was really busy doing the housework and it really made me tired the kids went swimming again and had fun outside. Today, I am not going to do anything except for cooking. Need to relax today.

So tired

I am so tired today I didn't have a nap I had only 4 hours of sleep last night. We went to Magnolia this afternoon to check Mom and Dad's house. They're house is okay nobody steals anything. On the way back home we stopped by at T-mobile store to get a new phone for Mom. We got hungry we ate at Saltgrass Restaurant after super we went to Nanet's house to visit them a little bit we had fun we got home around 9pm took a shower and now, I am ready to go to bed co'z I am extremly sleepy. Anyway, hope everyone have a happy weekend.

Hope they'll return it

I didn't sleep well last night. I was still awake around 2 Am in the morning and I am not sure what time I fall asleep. Anyway, I went downstairs at 1:00 O'clock in the morning and got me a glass of milk and chocolate for snacks and I heard Joel's phone ringing I answered the phone and it was Mom. She told me that she forgot her purse at Buc-ee's restroom and when they went back there her purse was gone already somebody stole it or got it from the restroom. Lots of people in this world that are not honest whoever got it they should have return it from the owner.

Anyway, Mom asked me if I could disconnect the phone so the people got her purse won't call anywhere. I called our phone service provider right away but they told me to call back at 6 Am in the morning so, I set the alarm to six o'clock so I could call them again. I am so worried about Mom and I hope she is okay I am sure she is worried. If I ever lose my purse I don't think I can ever sleep.

Anyway, this morning I called T-mobile again and they already disconnect the phone. Whoever got Mom's purse I hope they will return it. I am sure Mom's important things are in there specially the credit cards, ID's and etc.

I never heard again from Mom and Dad Joel might check them up this afternoon. I hope they are okay.
