Visiting a friend

Last night we went at Nel's house (@Houston DOwntown area). She invited us to have dinner at their house. We really enjoy being there. The food was great so delicious. The kids had fun playing with other kids again. I met two of her other friends from New Jersey and California they also visited her. It was so nice to see Nel and her family again and Lisa.

Anyway, today I don't understand myself lol. I feel tired and sleepy and I don't know why lol..I slept so good last night when I woke up I just feel weak lol. Hubby is not home again today he went to his co-worker's house and then straight to conroe. He'll be back this afternoon.

Well, that's all I say today hope everyone will have a happy weekend.

Busy

My husband is so busy this week. One of their co worker is not working that is why they work over time. I hope they can find a new employee so hubby will not be busy. He is busy on his job and busy on his business. I hope they can find a new employee right away. We are going to be busy next month. Hahay, we are always busy..

Kids home..

We had fun at the Concert Sunday night. We sat down on the front and that was really cool. We saw Sharon Cuneta, KC Conception, Symon Soler and other famous people in the Philippines. We got home at midnight and tired. Anyway, My kids are home now. Mom and Dad dropped Joey just a while ago. So glad they had fun at their Grandparents house.

Anyway, I got a bad ache right now and I hate it :(

Weekend

Friday night we ate dinner at Black-eyed Pea. Their food was delicious. Saturday afternoon we went to Willow brook mall. I bought couple of maternity clothes and maternity jeans at Motherhood Maternity store. I let the kids play for a little bit at the playground then when we were done we stopped by at the pizza place for dinner.

Anyway, this morning we are going to church and we are going leave the kids to Mom and Dad's house tonight and pick them up tomorrow evening (Monday evening). After church we are going to Sharon's Concert in Katy, Texas. It is a little bit far though but that's okay we got free tickets so why not go.

Page token - Couldn't process your request

I made a new blog for Joel the other day and today I was going to change the widget but I couldn't delete the text and I couldn't remove the widget it always says "Page token and could not process your request pls. try again later" I have always try it many times but it won't change. I so was so upset I tried to research on how to solve the problem but I got no answer. Well, since there was no answer I tried to go edit the html and remove the code on the sidebar section and viola!!!! it's all gone..Now I am glad..lol

Yummy Sinigang

I cooked pork sinigang at lunch time and it was really good. It has been a long time since I cooked sinigang I finally made it again. Jodel and I love it but my son won't eat it at all lol as always he don't eat Filipino food. He is a picky eater how I wish he eat why I eat.

Anyway, I am going to grill fish this evening, cook spaghetti for kids and eat the left over sinigang with rice..

• 1 or 2 lbs Pork (with bones or pork for stew)chop it in a small cubes
• Small package of tamarind seasoning (sampalok)
• 2 med onions
• 1 or 2 pcs. of big tomatoes
• a bunch of water spinach (kangkong)
• a bunch of long green beans
• 1 pc of eggplant
• 5-10 pcs. okra

Cut the veggies, slice the onions, tomatoes, eggplant separate it. Boil the meat, season with salt and pepper boil 'till tender. Add the tamarind seasoning mix it all. Then add the tomatoes and onions, few minutes later add the veggies. When veggies done add more salt and pepper to taste. Done!!!! So easy and so yummy.. You can actually add raddish but I don't like raddish.

Lazybones

I have been lazy lately it maybe because of my pregnancy or maybe I was just bored lol. Anyway, I am trying not to be lazy this morning I have a lot of things that needs to be done here in the house. We will be busy next month. We are going to move :( I am going to miss our house. I have doubts in my mind to not to move (hahayz)

We are planning to move!!!!

We are going to rent our house to someone and we already found a renter. One of my friend is really interested of renting our place. They are going to rent this house that we live right now. They are planning to move on the first week of august. That is two months away. Oh my..I hate moving..

(Our house 3 bed and 2.5 bath, living room, family room, breakfast area and kitchen plus patio. We are going leave some of our furniture's, couches etc.)
